AFSA PREABLE: Read

With reverence for God and Country and being ever mindful of the glorious traditions of the United States Air Force, our duty to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, our responsibility to aid in maintaining superior aerospace defense for our beloved country, our desire to assist in obtaining the highest caliber of men and women for our Air Force, our interest in the welfare of persons who served and are serving in the Air Force, our devotion to our departed airmen, we unite to further the aims and objectives of this Association.

  • NEW BUSINESS
    • Guest speaker- Rich Mansfield
    • Gift Wrapping at the BX earned $56.50
    • The committee would like to start a monthly/quarterly AFSA booth at the BX and commissary (last Friday of the month).
    • Looking for a POC to take the lead on the Enlisted Village/Heritage Hall fundraiser.

 

 

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

  • Awards Trustee- we are looking for a nominee for Member of the Year, Amn/NCO of the Year, and volunteer of the qtr/year.

 

OPEN FLOOR: Division President, Rich Mansfield was in attendance and spoke to the membership about the benefits of AFSA.  He met with the council members after and gave a training brief on how to run a Chapter effectively.
