The US Family Health Plan is a unique TRICARE Prime option providing comprehensive health care coverage for military retirees and their dependents, as well as families of active duty personnel. The US Family Health Plan is the only TRICARE Prime option available to retirees over age 65 and is also available to Guardsmen and Reservists who have completed 20 years of service and are over age 60.

He has office hours at the Maine National Guard Family Programs Office at the Buker Center, Augusta, 1st & 3rd Thursdays each month; Bangor Air National Guard Base Personnel & Recruiting Office, Building 489, 2nd & 4th Thursdays, Bangor ANG Base, Bangor), 9 am – 3 pm. Walk-ins are welcome.
Enrollment is open year round. If you sign up by the 20th of the month, you’ll be an active member by the 1st of the following month.
