SMSgt Ray Rivera (Chapter 1201 VP) presented the AFSA Civil Air Patrol medal to Cadet CMSgt Xavier Tapia on 19 May 10 at the Eagle Ridge Middle School. Cadet CMSgt Tapia is an outstanding young man with a bright future ahead of him. Due to his volunteerism and leadership, he is definitely a role model
